We are now looking for People Business Partner to join our People team.
How you’ll make a difference with us
As a People Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the people experience in some of our most customer‑facing parts of the business. Acting as the primary HR partner to our Stores and inhouse Customer Service, you will work close to the business in a broad, hands‑on role where your impact is visible every day.
You support and challenge leaders in their day‑to‑day people agenda, while also bringing our long‑term people strategy to life where the customer experience is created. Beyond the annual HR processes, you partner closely with leaders to translate business priorities into actionable people plans – ensuring we build the right capabilities, leadership and culture to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
In addition, you will take on the important role of process owner for Work Environment (arbetsmiljö) at Telenor Sweden. This means driving structure and quality through up‑to‑date policies, routines and governance, ensuring compliance across the organization. You will combine reporting and follow‑up with a strong coaching mindset, supporting leaders to understand their responsibilities and apply best practices in everyday work.

You thrive in environments where customer focus, high pace and continuous change go hand in hand. You have the ability to operate both independently and collaboratively, and you bring strong stakeholder management skills. You build trust quickly and are confident in coaching, challenging and supporting leaders through everyday people topics as well as more complex challenges, while moving effortlessly between themes and priorities.
For this role, we are looking for someone with:

Experience in HR, including working as a People Business Partner for at least 5+ years


Experience of working as a People Business Partner or equivalent in Retail or other distributed, customer‑facing organizations


Experience leading union negotiations and are confident in Swedish labor law


Experience supporting change, transformation and/or project‑driven organizations


Experience from work environment (arbetsmiljö) governance or as process owner for work environment


Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
