About your job
This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to operations, asking the right questions, and acting as a trusted financial partner to the business. You provide proactive and reliable financial support to the Crushing Division’s global supply chain. You act as a financial sparring partner, setting clear targets, following up performance, and challenging the organization to continuously improve profitability and efficiency.
You report to the Director of Business Control, Crushing Division and work closely with Global Operations, Sourcing, Planning, Logistics, and division management.
Key responsibilities:
Monitor and control supply chain costs, identifying savings and efficiency opportunities.
Develop, track, and communicate KPIs that support informed decision-making.
Partner with Sourcing to evaluate supplier performance and cost effectiveness.
Perform make-or-buy analyses to support strategic sourcing decisions.
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with a Global Operations as well as finance focus
Deliver ad-hoc financial analyses to support business-critical decisions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, cost, and net working capital across the division.
Build and evaluate business cases for investments and strategic initiatives.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and deliver accurate financial reporting.
Take active part to set the strategic direction of Global Operations including the development and tracking of the targets to ensure delivery and results.
Location and flexibility
You’re located at our site in Svedala, with the flexibility of a hybrid working model.
About you
You combine strong financial expertise with a genuine interest in operations and supply chain performance. Acting in a truly global environment calls for excellent communication skills in English.
We believe you have:
Several years of experience in senior business controlling, within manufacturing, supply chain and global environments.
Solid experience in financial planning, analysis, and performance management.
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with financial models and reporting systems.
A university degree in finance, business, or a related field.
You’re comfortable challenging the status quo and enjoy being “a constructive challenger” in the organization. You communicate clearly, collaborate naturally across functions, and stay focused even when priorities shift. Most importantly, you’re curious, proactive, and motivated by making a measurable difference.
