Assignment Description
We are looking for a Project Assistant to support an assignment within the banking sector
What You Will Work On
Coordinate and drive progress of an information security and compliance project
Plan, track, and follow up on project activities and deliverables
Act as a central point of coordination between PMO, stakeholders, and teams
Manage project scope, objectives, and timelines
Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies
Prepare and maintain project plans and documentation
Monitor project budgets and financial tracking
Create status reports, presentations, and decision support materials
Facilitate communication and ensure alignment across stakeholders
Support issue resolution and manage escalations when needed
What You Bring
Strong execution mindset with the ability to drive progress in complex environments
Proven experience in project delivery, reporting, and stakeholder management
Experience preparing and presenting updates to senior leadership
Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and analysis
Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working
Strong communication and coordination skills
