Technical Project Planner – Architecture & Software Coordination
We are a small company working with architectural and construction-related projects in Sweden, primarily in the Gothenburg area. Our work combines design, planning, and technical development in a collaborative and innovative environment.
We are now looking for a Technical Project Planner who will support both project coordination and technical development within our projects.
In this role, you will assist in planning and managing architectural and construction-related projects, while also supporting software-related tasks connected to design, planning, or internal systems.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and scheduling project activities
Monitor timelines and report progress
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
Support documentation and project updates
Assist with technical or software-related tasks linked to project development
Help identify potential delays or risks
Qualifications
Degree in engineering, architecture, IT, or a related field
Experience in project planning, coordination, or technical support
Interest or experience in software, digital tools, or system support
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus)
