Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with experience resolving complex technical and operational issues in a live production environment.
International Collaboration: Experience working in cross-border or multi-site laboratory environments, with the ability to coordinate across different teams, processes, and regulatory expectations.
