About the Assignment
You will join a smaller development team working with ride-on products in a new product development project. This is a broad and hands-on assignment where you help shape future products from mechanical design to prototype evaluation and quality improvements. Because the team is small, the role calls for flexibility and a willingness to contribute where it creates the most value.
You will work in close collaboration with functions such as lab, purchasing, and suppliers, which means you get a clear view of the full development chain and how design choices affect quality, delivery, and customer experience. This is an interesting opportunity if you enjoy combining independent work with close collaboration in a product-focused engineering environment.
Job DescriptionYou will plan and drive your work independently to secure deliveries on time and with good quality.
You will contribute to the mechanical development of ride-on products in a new project.
You will work closely with the lab to evaluate prototypes and test results.
You will collaborate with purchasing, suppliers, and other departments to find the best technical solutions.
You will help maintain product quality and support the development of new products for future customer needs.
You will be part of a close-knit team where communication and day-to-day cooperation are key to moving the work forward.
RequirementsDegree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in relevant areas.
Good knowledge of Catia V5.
Good knowledge of design in steel and plastic.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
Nice to haveKnowledge or understanding of mechatronics.
Knowledge or understanding of electronics.
