Assignment Description
We are looking for a Function Owner & Scrum Master
What You Will Work On
Investigate technical issues and trouble reports within embedded systems
Analyze project definitions and assess system impact
Perform hands-on testing in vehicles
Analyze log files and system behavior
Participate in systemization and technical investigations
Drive investigations and contribute to technical documentation (e.g., SSER)
Act as Function Owner with responsibility for coordination and follow-up
Scrum Master Responsibilities (~20%)
Lead Scrum ceremonies (daily meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Drive team progress tracking, follow-ups, and structure
Support agile ways of working and team collaboration
What You Bring
3–5 years of experience in embedded systems development (requirements, testing, or implementation)
Experience with C++ and/or Simulink
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work hands-on with systems and products (vehicles)
Experience working in agile teams or environments
Fluent in English
