We are now looking for a dQPPV to take a leading role in ensuring the safety, compliance, and regulatory standards of our innovative vaccine portfolio. In this exciting role, you will have the responsibility of overseeing the safety profile of our vaccine products and ensuring full compliance with the EU 2019/6 veterinary regulation. You will play a key part in maintaining our Pharmacovigilance System Master File (PSMF) and drive continuous improvement in our safety monitoring processes. Key Responsibilities
As dQPPV, your main responsibilities and tasks include:

Maintaining and continuously updating the Pharmacovigilance System Master File (PSMF).


Ensuring systems and processes are in place to collect, manage and record all suspected adverse events.


Applying and overseeing the signal management process and ensuring responsibilities related to the benefit–risk balance of our products.


Managing the pharmacovigilance system, including quality control, audits, compliance tracking, and business continuity.


Staying up to date on relevant pharmacovigilance regulations.


Ensuring necessary SOPs for pharmacovigilance are in place, current and compliant.


Responding to customer or field inquiries related to product safety

Skills and Competencies
The suitable candidate has the following qualifications:

A formal academic degree in a science-related field


Several years of experience in pharmacovigilance within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company, preferably as dQPPV or QPPV.


Experience in vaccine products or veterinary medicinal products is merited


Experience participating in or leading inspections or PV-related audits.


Practical experience developing or improving PV processes and systems.


Experience in Medical Information is meritorious.


The successful candidate for this position will be someone who:

Has a good eye for detail and a thorough approach to work


Is a proactive, flexible, motivated and ambitious team player


Is adaptable to change
